A Message from CEO & Chairman
I have a short message to share with you!
We all live in one global and we do business in different sectors but we want to achieve the same or similar goal. To me it is very important that we all can cooperate and achieve our goals peacefully and successfully.
Having worked with poor kids in a small NGO for 5 years while I was studying Bachelor of International Relations, I felt Cambodia needs more leaders to help increase employments and country’s economics by investing more time, working harder and smarter, and building correct working environment manner.
As I am a Cambodian citizen and I always like researching to understand my own people, I have well-noticed that it is one of my strength to do businesses and I always believe in making things possible.
Having graduated Bachelor of English in International Relations from University of Management and Economics, Master of International Business (MIB) from Gapat Global Education University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Norton University, I confidently want to take opportunity in Business and dedicate for it.
Starting with almost nothing to where we are now and I am very passionate to make The YEB GROUP a truly new smart strategic business model into largest company in Cambodia.

Principles of Our Work
Quality is the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.
Integrity is the qualifications of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards. In ethics, integrity is regarded by many people as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions.
The idea that you should work smarter, not only harder isn’t anything new. When talking about the difference between smart and hard work it’s pretty simple to explain what working hard means. If you want to be successful in the long run, you have to put long hours into work.
Innovation involves deliberate application of information, imagination and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources, and includes all processes by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products.
